Adam Mitchell has over 20 years experience in Tier 1 competitive hockey, junior hockey (MJHL, AJHL, EJHL, NAHL), Division 1 NCAA Hockey with the RIT Tigers and attendance at the Washington Capitals (NHL) development camp. Adam is well versed in hockey specific performance training to help you develop strength, power and speed, as well as preventing injuries. Adam is also the head coach of the Skylands Junior Kings of the NA3HL.
Joe Palmisano is a graduate of Vernon HS where he earned a Varsity letter in football and baseball. He is a graduate of William Patterson University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology Certified Trainer from the NASM. Joe’s experience includes 10 years as a Parisi Speed School Trainer specializing in speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention for all athletes.
Mafalda Rakowsky is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. At age 11 she began professional ballet training with renowned “Escolar Municipal de Ballet de Sao Paulo”. After 9 years in classical ballet with Kirov Ballet from Russia and the Stuttgart Ballet in Germany, she’s instructed both jazz and ballet for over 15 years. Mafalda moved to New Jersey in 2002 and her passion for dance and fitness led her to a career as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Zumba instructor. She teaches both adult classes and children’s dance classes, and works with the Skylands Skating Academy.
